All ticket and sponsorship purchases are considered final. Due to the nature of this event and limited seating, we are unable to offer refunds once a reservation has been confirmed.
Cancellations
- Cancellations made 30 or more days before the event may be eligible for a credit toward a future event.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of the event are non-refundable.
- No-shows are non-refundable.
Transfers Tickets may be transferred to another guest at no additional charge. Please contact us at least 48 hours before the event to process a name change or transfer.
Event Cancellation or Postponement If the event is cancelled or postponed due to circumstances beyond our control, registered guests will be offered a full credit or the option to transfer their reservation to the rescheduled date. Refunds in this case will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Sponsorships Sponsorship agreements are non-refundable once a contract has been signed. Please reach out to discuss any extenuating circumstances.
